Great value for money gym with all the amenities. Good and friendly staff with excellent fitness classes throughout the week.

Managers are great always make sure I’m training super hard. Had a protein bar out of vending machines that was really nice. This gym is really great. I like it a lot.

I’ve been with the gym Kingston for about 2 years now. Was considering leaving but after the renovation the gym has really improved. They have even installed the hip thrust mashine which I haven’t seen in many other gyms. Unfortunately my legs are a bit too short for it 😭😅 but I appreciate that they did it for us (mostly) girls. Good variety of different people, age wise and progress wise. Quite a nice crowd really, everyone is always being polite and respectful. Good stuff, and the manager is one of the nicest and most positive people I’ve ever met. Gets super busy on weekdays 6/7 pm but I feel like it’s just standard for gyms anyway.

Absolutely love smaller group training and variety of classes. Super friendly gym!! Also good to be able to use other gyms when I am in other parts of the UK

No frills gym, however easily the best gym in Kingston. Adequate equipment and facilities. What keeps me coming is the excellent classes and friendly atmosphere. The staff/PTs appear to love what they do and it shows!

I have been going to this gym for 4 years now. I’m really happy with this place. All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Assan is the best! Such a lovely guy and always smiles at everyone. I love to join Assan classes! Such an amazing and professional PT!

Staff are great ever so helpful and communicate with the members. Cleanliness and easy access to everything is what I particularly like about the gym. Q is an amazing personal trainer.

App is buggy and won’t allow for PIN reset. Customer service is non existent - been waiting over a week for a response. Update: recieved a response after 8 days with new pin. No help given for not being able to use the gym this whole time. Thanks
